The 139th Canton Fair Launches New Industrial Automation Exhibition Zone, Intelligent Workshops Lead Manufacturing Upgrade

The 139th Canton Fair was held in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5, 2026, featuring a newly launched special zone for industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing, which has become a major highlight of the event. Centered on the theme of "intelligent workshops", the exhibition zone showcases cutting-edge technologies including high-precision 5-axis machine tools, AI industrial robots, flexible production lines, and intelligent logistics equipment. Among them, 5-axis machining equipment with precision up to 0.01mm, quadruped inspection robots equipped with robotic arms, and AI vision high-speed inspection systems have attracted great attention from global buyers. Over 60% of exhibitors have integrated industrial internet and digital twin technologies, driving manufacturing transformation toward higher precision, unmanned operation, and low carbon emissions. A number of export orders for intelligent manufacturing equipment were signed on site.
